Am I the only one having trouble getting started? I can do relatively well for a short while and then I just have to have something naughty. For example, I started throwing some jogging in with my walking but then I think that I should reward myself with a cookie. No good? UGH. I am having a tough time keeping myself on the straight and narrow. I don't think I can eat only hummus, carrots and an apple for lunch.
